The Parkside at Henderson Beach Resort development includes 64 condominiums (Parkside Condos), a pool house and café for the resort Club, a large swimming pool, 17 cottages (3 to 5 bedroom detached dwellings), 4 townhomes, a building encompassing a restaurant, offices, and 20 apartments, and a commercial pay-to-park parking lot for the Club. The Parkside condominiums are primarily one, two and three-bedroom condominiums that average in size from 1,125 sq ft. to 1,600 sq ft.
