Located outside of Nashville, TN, the 145-acre development included four (4) industrial buildings totaling approximately 2.5 million square feet. The location within the emerging submarket of Eastern Nashville allowed Commerce Farms to effectively compete in the market and ultimately assure a successful and profitable project.

The largest tenant in the Park is the Bridgestone Firestone Distribution Center with over 1.3 million square feet under roof. Approximate cost $80 million.
